Update from ARIS versions service release 18 or lower
If you currently run ARIS in version 10.0.18 or lower, you must update to version 10.0.21 first and then update to ARIS in the current version. The direct update to the current version is blocked in server setup, the agent setup, and via ACC update command.
Check whether the intermediate ElasticSearch 8 migration to service release 21 is finished
Check the extended state of the ElasticSearch runnables using the ACC list command. There must not be an extended state red displayed anymore.
You can now continue with the update from ARIS service release 21 to ARIS in the current version.
