Import ARIS Risk and Compliance reports

Import the GDPR reports that are to be run in ARIS Risk and Compliance.

Procedure. Procedure
  1. Start ARIS.

  2. Log in as system user.

  3. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration. Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  4. Click Evaluations.

  5. In the left-hand panel, click SCRIPTS > Risk and Compliance reports.

  6. Create a new category or use an existing category.

    1. To create a new category, click Add Create category.

    2. Enter a name, for example, GDPR, then click Apply.

  7. To import the reports, click the relevant category.

    1. Click Import Import.

    2. Navigate to the directory in which the unzipped data of the ARIS Accelerators for GDPR-<version number>.<change list number>.zip (Example: ARIS Accelerators for GDPR-10.0.10.1.1263081.zip) is stored.

    3. Select the path GDPR accelerator > Reports > ARCM reports.

    4. Since multiple selection is not enabled, select one of the reports: Output GDPR data protection impact assessment.arx, Output extended GDPR management report.arx, Output GDPR management report.arx, Output record of processing activities.arx, or Output survey intelligence report.arx.

    5. Click Open. The Import files dialog opens.

    6. Enable all scripts in the dialog to import them with the report.

    7. Click Import.

    8. Repeat the import steps for each report.

The GDPR reports are imported.

Warning

If you modify the GDPR reports according to your requirements, save them with new names to make sure they are not overwritten by an update.
