Import mapping file

Import the GDPR mapping file that is used by the reports.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Start ARIS.

  2. Log in as system user.

  3. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration. Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  4. Click Evaluations.

  5. In the left-hand panel, click SCRIPTS > Common files. The common files are displayed.

  6. If you want to restore the default mapping later, save the aris2arcm-mapping.xml as a backup in another location.

  7. Enable aris2arcm-mapping.xml, then click Delete Delete.

  8. Click Import Import.

  9. Navigate to the directory in which the unzipped data of the ARIS Accelerators for GDPR-<version number>.<change list number>.zip (Example: ARIS Accelerators for GDPR-10.0.10.1.1263081.zip) is stored.

  10. Select the path GDPR accelerator > Reports > Mapping-file.

  11. Click the file aris2arcm-mapping.xml.

  12. Click Import.

The GDPR mapping file is imported.
