Create a GDPR Dashboard user group in ARIS

Create a new user group for GDPR Dashboard users. You can assign dashboard access privileges through the group or directly to the user. The type of assignment is displayed in user management.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Start ARIS.

  2. Log in as system user.

  3. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration.

  4. Click User management User management and select User groups. The list of user groups opens.

  5. Click User group Add user group.

  6. Enter the name GDPR Dashboard. You must use exactly this name, to make sure the dashboards are displayed to the assigned users. If a user group that already exists in the LDAP system is created, the user group names must match. This is the only way to assign an existing ARIS user group with the LDAP user group.

  7. Enter an optional description.

  8. Click Save. The user group is created.

  9. Click Associated users.

  10. Click Edit user group association Edit assignment. The Associate users dialog opens.

  11. Under Available users, enable all users you want to assign, then click Right arrow Add. To assign all available users, click Double arrow right Add all. The users are transferred to Associated users.

  12. To remove users again, enable them under Associated users and click Left arrow Remove. To remove all users, click Double arrow right Remove all.

The GDPR Dashboard user group is created with the relevant users. The associated users can now use the GDPR dashboards.
