Specify anonymization patterns for ARIS Risk and Compliance

Specify anonymization patterns according to GDPR to anonymize deleted ARIS Risk and Compliance users. To distinguish the anonymized users from each other, a number is automatically added to the property value of the anonymized user ID/user name. This number is incremented by one for each additional anonymized user.

Prerequisites

You have the System administrator role.

Procedure. Procedure
  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration.Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Risk and Compliance.

  3. Under ADMINISTRATION, click Anonymization.

  4. Click Edit settings. The parameters are displayed.

  5. Make the relevant changes, for example, specify or change the Anonymization pattern for 'User name' (login).

  6. Specify the anonymization pattern for e-mail address. By default, the field is empty. If this field is empty, anonymization will fail for users with e-mail addresses.
