Anonymize ARIS Risk and Compliance users
Anonymize the data of ARIS Risk and Compliance users according to GDPR after they were deleted in ARIS Administration.
A dismissed employee is deleted from ARIS Administration. However, there is still data containing the name of this user, such as objects the user edited. This user data must be anonymized.
Prerequisites
You have the System administrator role.
You have the Risk and Compliance administrator and the User administrator function privileges.
Click
Application launcher >
Administration.
Configuration is displayed.Click Risk and Compliance.
Under ADMINISTRATION, click Anonymization.
Click Start anonymization. The list of deleted ARIS Risk and Compliance users is displayed.
Select the users whose user data you want to anonymize.
Click Next. The list of users selected for anonymization is displayed.
Since anonymization cannot be reversed, verify that your selection of users is correct.
Click Anonymize to confirm.
The user data is anonymized according to the patterns specified. After anonymization, users are no longer visible. They only appear with their anonymized data in forms they have worked on.
To distinguish the anonymized users from each other, a number is automatically added to the property value of the anonymized user name. This number is incremented by one for each additional anonymized user.
